For ALL Couples Getting Married

Get ready to “oooh” and “ahhh” over this New Jersey lakeside wedding captured through the lens of Idalia Photography. There’s SO many pretty details spread throughout, including the most amazing florals that are soft and romantic, yet 100% statement-making. Not to mention the sweetest love story that began after a weekend with friends in the Poconos. The more Nichole and Robert discovered about each other, the more they realized they had in common, and their relationship evolved. As for the engagement? Robert took Nichole to his favorite lake, walked her out to the dock, and asked her to be his wife. SO sweet! And the fact that the two wanted a wedding that reminded them of their lakefront proposal, vacations at Nichole’s family’s shore house, and even their current home near the Hoboken waterfront, well it brings their story full circle and it’s too good not to share. Take a peek at the steal-worthy details from their lakeside wedding at the Indian Trail Club below.

From Idalia Photography…Nichole and Bob planned a beautiful summer wedding full of shades of slate blue, blush, gray, and pink complete with bouquets of O’hara garden roses, ranunculus, dusty miller, silver dollar eucalyptus, and even a touch of Juliet peach garden roses. Hanging ribbons from bouquets and beautiful succulents completed the look of their wedding and made for a beautiful lakefront affair. As soon as Nichole and Robert told us that Laurie Luttrell of Laurelwood Designs was their florist, we knew it was going to be a stunner of a wedding, but nothing could have prepared us for all the details that came together to create their wedding day. Just wait until you see the bouquets, center pieces, driftwood arbor and hanging bubble candles on the venue’s chandelier! My favorite part of the day was during Nichole and Bob’s first look. Bob couldn’t take his eyes off of his beautiful bride! I couldn’t blame him, either, because she looked absolutely stunning in a dress with delicate lace, subtle embellishments, a custom neckline, and a stunning backside. All these details came together to give her dress just enough glam for the wow factor every bride looks for in a wedding dress and I think it’s safe to say that Bob loved it. For the rest of the day, Nichole and Bob surrounded themselves with friends and family and spent the entire day completely focused on giving each other and their guests as much attention as possible.
