For ALL Couples Getting Married

When CWM vendor guide member, Serena Star Photography sent over this wedding gallery we immediately fell in love for so many reasons. First, the day’s event’s took place at David’s Country Inn– a beautiful Victorian-style mansion full of history. (The facility originally was The Warren House, named in honor of General Joseph Warren who died at the battle of Bunker Hill in 1775.) Then there’s the wedding stationery suite designed with the dainty florals, a stunning beaded wedding gown with a plunging neckline, an adorable first look, and of course we can’t forget to mention the simple, reception details. Take a peek at our favorite moments below!

From Serena Star Photography…Megan and Mike got married at David’s Country Inn in Hackettstown NJ. The venue itself is gorgeous, a Victorian Mansion with walls of Ivy and stained glass windows. As soon as I entered I was greeted by little succulent gift boxes, hand crafted by the Bride as favors for her guests. Everything took place at the Inn. They have a beautiful bridal/groom suite upstairs for everyone to get ready. Megan was absolutely STUNNING in her gown. She’s beautiful to begin with, but Your day your way did an amazing job on her hair and makeup. We went outside on the front porch for the first look. For how cold it had been that week, it was decently warm that day and the snow from previous nights had not yet melted. It was the perfect backdrop for portraits. As soon as the two of them saw each other I knew it was going to be a fun wedding. Megan laughed and smiled and the love between them showed in every photo. Megan’s mom, Terry, is a Professional Photographer (who does incredible newborn in nature photos btw) so Megan had been in front of the camera before and she was so easy and fun to photograph. Everything was beautiful. The ceremony took place indoors in the ballroom, followed by the cocktail hour (Where I had fun not getting hit by oncoming traffic as I took photos of the bridal party out front of the building, j/k). By the time I came back in, the Ballroom had transformed for their reception and the fun began!
