There are so many stunning details from Daniela and Rocco’s wedding held at the Westmount Country Club that you’re sure to be add them to your Pinterest board!
Guests were invited to the July 7, 2012 wedding celebration with custom invitations from Jaynee’s Party. The design incorporated a crystal brooch, ivory, silk, and an ivory ribbon, which were presented in an elegant box.
How fabulous are these rhinestone Casadei shoes that complement Daniela’s custom Pnina Torani gown with one-shoulder, corset-style bodice, pickup-style skirt, and Swarovski accents? Simply stunning!
Daniel and Rocco worked closely with The Original Runner Co. to create a custom monogram aisle runner.
Following the traditional full mass ceremony, the newlyweds and bridal party took pictures with the help of Michael Romeo Creations, while guests headed to Westmount Country Club for the reception. Daniela and Rocco fell in love with the Westmount after attending a wedding years prior, but were even more impressed with the facility after seeing the latest renovations and meeting with Stephanie DelGatto. The couple both agreed the staff was professional, accommodating, and truly delivered, from the food and service to every last detail.
Designed by Pedestals Floral Decorators, extravagant floral centerpieces were set on sheer beaded overlays, while the newlyweds’ platform sweetheart table included white draping, white tufted chairs, spiral candelabras, and clusters of assorted blossoms. Uplighting and candles, along with the draping, added drama and romance throughout the ballroom.
In between dancing and socializing, guests were treated to a full Viennese hour, in addition to wedding cake. The seven-tiered pearlized cake from Palermo’s Custom Cakes & Bakery featured a quilt design, delicate flowers, lace patterns, and scattered rhinestone and brooch embellishments.
Tell us about your wedding proposal: Rocco proposed on June 26, 2010 in central park. He hired a company to set up the whole proposal. I had no idea that someone was videotaping us and following us around. Rocco told me we were going out for my birthday that had passed a week before. He wanted to bring me to Cipriani because I always wanted to eat dinner there and then after dinner we took a horse and carriage ride through central park, which was so romantic. After the horse and carriage ride, Rocco said we were going to go to the carnival in central park but sure enough we did not end up there. Instead, we walked up to a gazebo decorated so beautiful with lit lanterns and rose pedals all over and a beautiful table set up with two chairs and champagne with chocolate covered strawberries. He handed me a paper scroll that had a poem he had written for me. Once I read it I started to cry and I looked at Rocco who was down on one knee proposing. It was such a surreal feeling like I’ve never had before. I was so excited and happy I got overwhelmed with emotions I couldn’t hold back my tears. All the planning and preparations he put into this proposal made me feel very special. I am one lucky girl to have him.
Bride’s favorite memory of the day: Seeing Rocco at the altar waiting for me. Walking down the aisle and seeing him at the end was priceless. It was a moment that I will remember forever.
Groom’s favorite memory of the day: Seeing Daniela for the first time walking down the aisle with her dad. It took my breath away. I became emotional and could not hold back the tears of joy. I felt like the luckiest man in the world to be marrying such an amazing & beautiful girl.
