For ALL Couples Getting Married

Can you envision a more beautiful setting to get married? Just look at that sky right at sunset! Jennifer and Andrew had the most stunning backdrop for their ceremony at Eagle Manor and we just can’t get enough of those views. Plus the couple DIY’d so many details of their wedding day! There’s romance at every corner and you just have to see the photos captured by Serena Star Photography below.

From Serena Star Photography…Jennifer and Andrew were married at Eagle Manor, a somewhat new and gorgeous local venue. I was super excited when they booked us and I knew I was going to get to shoot there for the first time! The couple was able to set everything up the night before and their family could stay in the guest rooms. There was also another house for the groom to get ready on the day of! It was a super laid back day. When we arrived, everyone was finishing setting up all the decorations in the barn (There was a TON of them). We head into the manor to photograph details while Jennifer finished up makeup.

After prep, we head outside by the River for first look. It was a pretty, overcast day with gorgeous cloud cover which made a great backdrop! The grounds pretty much everywhere are beautiful and there are a lot of different places for photos. We tried to use a few different options before the guests began to arrive. There is a wrap around deck where cocktail hour was. As guests arrived on the buses, they stopped to grab a “pre-cocktail hour” drink on the way to sit for the ceremony. I loved how everything was in one spot.

Ceremony took place at sunset and their ceremony had one of the most gorgeous backdrops I think I’ve photographed yet. We ran off immediately after to sneak a few more portraits in before Jennifer and Andrew head off for their cocktail hour and we rushed to finish photographing the reception room! The rest of the evening was one great big party. The dance floor could barely handle how many people was on it!
