For ALL Couples Getting Married

As soon as this wedding inspiration landed in our inbox from Sarandon Mara Photography, we just couldn’t wait to share it. Talk about garden wedding vibes! And those vibrant colors used throughout the Rhapsody in Bloom florals and tablescapes?! My goodness we’re in love. Each detail evokes a secret garden aesthetic that can easily be tailored for a large outdoor soiree or even an intimate wedding amongst your nearest and dearest. Plus, this bride totally reminds us of Scarlett Johansson and is a vision in this lace gown with high neckline. So dreamy! You’ll have to see it all for yourself below!

From Sarandon Mara Photography…When I started collaborating on this styled shoot with Bridget from Rhapsody in Bloom we wanted to do something different from the muted tones and greenery themes we had been seeing in a lot of the magazines and blogs – something brimming with color and texture. Inspired by the colors in the open-air markets of Morocco we collaborated with a host of other vendors to create a shoot that was colorful, vibrant, and full of rich details.

The bride wore a two-piece gown with a long tulle skirt, and a vintage blouse provided by Bianca Zidik, a local fashion designer and boutique owner in Annville, PA.

Bridget (the owner of Rhapsody in Bloom) and I wanted to put together a styled shoot that showcased the possibilities of using color in wedding design. We were looking to incorporate the jewel tones that were reminiscent of the open air markets in Morocco, as well as vintage details that gave lots of texture to the overall design that would give couples inspiration and encouragement to be adventurous with their wedding design. Lastly, we worked hard to source as many vintage and thrift store finds as possible to incorporate into the design and give couples examples of way to use repurposed items outside of the mason jar and lace trends you see on Pinterest.
